Apical alveolar abscess, pulp polyp, radicular pulpitis, enamel pearl & supereruption. Lower arch (left)- Internal resorption, attrition, lateral abscess, irregular root curvature, alveolar abscess, taurodontia, enamel projection and horizontal impaction 3d. Molar with caries.
